Wire-wound resistors have the following characteristics:
High precision and stability
Offers high resistance accuracy, with errors as low as 0.05% or even lower, and features a low temperature coefficient (minimal impact of temperature on resistance), ensuring excellent stability.
High-temperature resistance and high power
Features a wide operating temperature range (-55°C to +275°C), constructed from alloy materials and ceramic encapsulation, capable of handling high currents, and ideal for high-power circuits.
Excellent insulation performance
The casing is made from industrial high-frequency ceramics or mineral materials, offering an insulation resistance of up to 100 MΩ or higher and excellent heat dissipation performance.
Overload Resistance and Flame-Retardant Properties
The resistance wire is connected to the soldering lead terminals via crimping, ensuring rapid circuit protection by melting in case of a short circuit; the encapsulating material features flame-retardant and explosion-proof properties.
